Metafit is a high-intensity fitness class combining body-weight exercises with interval style training, Metafit is sure to push your fitness limits, with challenging moves and high intensity training techniques, Using old school body weight exercsises. This class is accesible to al reagardless of age, location or ability as no equiptment is needed.

All classes will be reviewed every 5 weeks. If numbers are low we will either change the type of class or take it off the timetable. If the classes are full we nay add another class to the timetable. We welcome all feedback on all classes whether it be times, days or types of classes. Minimum of 3 people per class otherwise it will be cancelled
